Superior Court Judge, Seat 16, candidate Phoebe Maffei will join CSFI Members for a special meet-and-greet via Zoom. Ms. Maffei will share her views on the state of the judicial system and public safety in San Francisco, where she thinks improvements can and need to be made and why she believes she is the candidate of choice in the judge’s race.
Ms. Maffei will run against Alexandra Pray for the seat vacated by current judge Geraldo Sandoval, who is not seeking re-election. Ms. Maffei serves as an Assistant District Attorney under DA Brooke Jenkins, and is known for securing convictions on high-profile cases. She was one of the successful prosecuting attorneys in the case against Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul’s attacker.
